Say AHHHHH!

This morning Damian had a dentist appointment to get some cavities filled. It's quite an adventure for a little guy. He has to be sedated and then he gets laughing gas so he will be calm and relaxed for the dentist to get all the teeth done. After a while of me waiting for him to be done, a nurse comes out and says the dentist needs to ask me a question. So worry sets in but all he needed was to give me an option on one of Damian's teeth. He had a cavity on the back of one of his front teeth that was getting too close to the nerve so the dentist gave me the option of taking it out or doing a root canal and capping it. So I opted for the root canal or otherwise Damian would be without a front tooth for 3 years until his permanent tooth came in. The cap is a little different color than his other teeth, but it will be fine until his permanent teeth come in.
After all was done, we came home and Damian fell asleep.
These kind of things make me nervous. But Damian did well and seemed to be fine after he was done. I just hope Chase won't have to do this when he gets more teeth!
